How much are the courses?
Nail and Beauty Academy courses start from just £95.00

Are there any other hidden costs?
No. The course price includes the use of all products and equipment whilst at the Academy. Starter kits can be purchased at an extra cost but this is NOT a requirement.

Do I receive a recognised certificate?
Yes. The Nail and Beauty Academy courses are accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists) and The Guild of Beauty Therapists and you will receive a certificate which is a recognised qualification and bears The Nail and Beauty Academy, ABT and The Guild of Beauty Therapists logo's.

Can I start my own business once qualified?
Yes you can. Many students go on to run successful mobile and salon business. We can advise you on business start ups and insurance.

Will I be able to get a job once qualified?
Yes. Employers are looking for staff that have proven practial ability. At the Nail and Beauty Academy we focus on practical skill not written assesment meaning you will leave the academy with the skills that employers seek.

Can I study two things in one day?
Yes we have courses that are easily combined, for example Manicure and Pedicure can be taught in one day as can Basic and Advanced Waxing and we offer extended hours on Saturdays for students who wish to learn Gel and Acrylic extensions in one day. Please enquire for more options.

Why do I need to bring a Model with me?
To get the best from your day we require you to bring a model with you for the duration of your course. The Nail and Beauty Academy courses are 95% practical and you will therefore be working on your model throughout the day. We do not assess through written assessment but through your ability to follow instruction and apply your new knowledge to your model.

How big are the classes?
We only take a maximum of 6 students per course. With this in mind we get booked very quickly.

Where are the courses held?
The Nail and Beauty Academy is located in Oxted in Surrey. The courses are held at our home studio which is fully equipped and approved for your training needs.

Are there any courses local to me?
At this time Surrey is the only venue, however we have students attend from all over the UK and as far away as Norway, Morocco, Spain and even Egypt! For many students, even with travel and accommodation, The Nail and Beauty Academy is still the most affordable Nail and Beauty training venue in the UK.

How do I book?
We require a deposit of £50.00 per course to secure your chosen course and date with the remaining balance payable on the day. You will then be sent a letter of confirmation with full details of your chosen course. Deposits are non refundable but course dates can be changed as long as 48 hours notice is given.
